"It is an honor to be a servant to the citizens of Mission," said Plata. "To every citizen that took the time to go vote I can promise to do the best of my ability to serve the community. Anything that we can do to help Mission become a better city is our duty."

Olivarez took the time to commend both O’Cana and Sanchez.
