PUBLIC NOTICE

The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a regular meeting on March 23, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. at the City Hall Council Chambers, 1201 East 8th Street, Mission, Texas in order to consider the following:

Rezoning: Lots 3-6, Condy Place Subdivision from (C-1) Office Building to (C-3) General Business; Rezoning: A tract of land out of the north 206.28’ of Lot 31, Sharyland Orchards Subdivision from (R-4) Mobile & Modular Home to (R-1A) Large Lot Single Family.

If a zoning is amended during the public hearing, it shall be pursuant to the City of Mission’s Amendatory Zone Policy Statement. Anyone interested is invited to attend.

You are urged to come in and take advantage of this program in order to avoid a warrant for your arrest. Anyone who pays his or her traffic fines will not be charged the additional Failure to Appear Fine.
