November 30, 2012 - City of Mission Planning and Zoning 1

The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a regular meeting on December 12, 2012  at 5:00 p.m. at the City Hall Council Chambers, 1201 East 8th Street, Mission, Texas in order to consider the following:

Rezoning: A 1.0 acre tract of land, more or less, out of the South 5 acres of the North 10 acres of the South 20 acres of Lot 294, John H. Shary Subdivision, from (R-1A) Large Lot Single Family Residential to (R-3) Multi-Family Residential. 

Discussion and Action to Amend Future Land Use Map within the boundaries of Taylor Road to the East, Expressway 83 to the North, Anzalduas Hwy. to the West, and Military Road (F.M. 1016) to the South.

If a zoning is amended during the public hearing, it shall be pursuant to the City of Mission’s Amendatory Zone Policy Statement. Anyone interested is invited to attend.

The Alton Police Department has in their custody a Grey in color Lincoln Navigator with Vehicle Identification Number   5LMJJ2J55CEL03380, with Tamaulipas, Mexico License Plates.  If the owner of this property does not claim property within 90 days of this publication and or fails to provide proof of ownership, the property will be disposed of.  The proceeds, after deducting the reasonable expense of keeping such property and the costs of disposition, will be placed in the treasury of the Alton Police Department.
