The Planning and Zoning Department will hold a public hearing on April 20, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. at the Alton City Hall’s Commission Chambers, 509 South Alton Blvd, Alton, Texas in order to consider the following:

Conditional Use:   Dolgencorp of Texas, Inc D/B/A Dollar General Store located at Nuevo Alton Lot 3 Blk 5 for the Retail Sales of Beer and Wine Off Premise License Permit.
