AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MISSION, TEXAS GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A GUEST HOUSE ON RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY, 2201 SCHOOL LANE, W. 85’ OF LOT 1, SHARYLAND ORCHARDS SUBDIVISION TOGETHER WITH A PORTION OF 80’X150’ ABANDONED UID ROW.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mission finds that during consideration of the Conditional Use Permit request of January 26, 2011, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Mission upon duly recognized motion and second, voted to recommend to the City Council that the Conditional Use Permit shown below be granted.

WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Mission, hold a public hearing at 4:30 p.m. Monday, February 14, 2011, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall to consider the following Conditional Use Permit:

February 18, 2011 - City of Alton Public Notice and Vehicle Auction

PUBLIC NOTICE

The CITY OF ALTON will be accepting SEALED BIDS for the purchase of SURPLUS EQUPMENT PURCHASES, until 11:00 A.M. Friday, March 4, 2011 at which time they will be opened at the CITY HALL Building, located at 509 South Alton Blvd, by the City Manager and/or designated staff.  Any proposal received after the time for opening shall be returned unopened.  Proposals submitted via faxes or electronic media will not be accepted.

A complete bid packet can be picked-up at:  ALTON CITY HALL located at 509 SOUTH ALTON BLVD, ALTON TEXAS 78573.  Completed packet must be submitted and shall be addressed to: Jorge Arcaute, City Manager at 509 South Alton Blvd, Alton, Texas 78573, and clearly marked:  “SEALED BIDSURPLUS EQUIPMENT” on the lower left-hand corner.

The City of Alton reserves the right to postpone, to accept or to reject any or all proposals, or to waive any informalities in the process.
