NOTICE TO PUBLIC/PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF MISSION
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FY 12-13
CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE
AND EVALUATION REPORT (DRAFT)

Notice is hereby given that the City of Mission’s Draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the 2012-13 fiscal year is available for citizens’ review and comment. The Citizens Advisory Committee will hold a public hearing on December 10, 2013, at the City Hall Council Chambers, 1201 E. 8th Street, Mission, Texas at 5:30 p.m. Interested parties are encouraged to attend and make their views known. The document will be available for review at the Community Development Department, 1201 E 8th Street, Mission, Texas during normal working hours. The CAPER is a document required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, which contains a summary of resources and accomplishments of the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG). Comments may be submitted to the Community Development Office, 1201 E. 8th Street, until December 23, 2013.

For additional information, please contact the Community Development Department at (956) 580-8670. Persons with disabilities or non-English speaking who need to communicate more effectively and who may need auxiliary aids or services such as interpreters for persons who are deaf or hearing impaired are asked to contact the Community Development Department at (956) 580-8670 three working days prior to any meeting so that appropriate arrangements can be made.

La cuidad de Mission da noticia de su Reporte Consolidado Anual de Desempeño y Evaluaciones (CAPER) preliminar para el Ano Fiscal 2012-13. Esta disponible para revisión y comentarios de ciudadanos. El departamento de Desarrollo Comunitario avisa de una audiencia publica el día 10 de Diciembre del ano 2013 a las 5:30 de la tarde en la siguiente localidad: 1201 E. 8th St. El propósito de esta audiencia pública es para recibir comentarios sobre el Reporte Consolidado Anual de Desempeño y Evaluaciones (CAPER) para el Ano Fiscal 2012-13. Comentarios pueden ser sometidos al Departamento de Desarrollo Comunitario hasta el día 23 de Diciembre del Ano 2013.

Personas con impedimentos o que no hablan ingles, quienes necesiten comunicarse más efectivamente y quienes necesiten asistencia para entender o intérpretes para comunicarse pueden ser requeridos contactando al departamento de Desarrollo Comunitario del municipio al teléfono (956) 580- 8670 con tres días laborables previos a cualquier junta para poder hacer los arreglos correspondientes.
