PUBLIC NOTICE

The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a regular meeting on July 13, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. at the City Hall Council Chambers, 1201 East 8th Street, Mission, Texas in order to consider the following:

Rezoning: 0.29 acre tract of land out of Lot 19-3, West Addition to Sharyland from (AO-I) Agricultural Open Interim to (R-1) Single Family Residential; Rezoning: The West 125’ of Lot 85, Mission Acres Addition from (C-2) Neighborhood Commercial to (R-1) Single Family Residential; and Rezoning: A 2.41 acre tract of land, more or less, consisting of the West 236.67’ of Lot 1, Falcon Bank-Sharyland Subdivision from (C-4) Heavy Commercial to (R-3) Multi-Family Residential.

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Mission City Council will hold a regular meeting on June 27, 2011 at 4:30 p.m. at the City Hall’s Council Chambers, 1201 East 8th Street, Mission, Texas, in order to consider the following:

Rezoning: S. 160’ out of Lot 37, Bell-Woods Co’s Subdivision “C” from (AO-I) Agricultural Open Interim to (C-1) Office Building.

If a zoning is amended during hte public hearing, it shall be pursuant to the City of Mission’s Amendatory Zone Policy Statement. Anyone interested is invited to attend. Anna Carrillo, City Secretary

In compliance with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant Program rules and regulations, the City of Mission hereby announces its Final Action Plan 2011-2012 for its Twenty-Eighth Year Entitlement Program.
