January 14, 2011 - City of Mission Public Notice

The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a regular meeting on January 26, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. at the City Hall Council Chambers, 1201 East 8th Street, Mission, Texas in order to consider the following:

Rezoning: A 0.087 ac. (20’x190.31’) of abandoned Canal ROW lying West & Adjacent to Lot 1, Sharyland Orchards; & a 0.15 ac. (75’x85’) of abandoned canal ROW lying north & adjacent to Lot 1, Sharyland Orchards, from (AO-I) Agricultural Open Interim to (R-1A) Large Lot Single Family.

To solicit public input on a new proposed zoning district being the ‘Public Zoning District’

If a zoning is amended during the public hearing, it shall be pursuant to the City of Mission’s Amendatory Zone Policy Statement. Anyone interested is invited to attend.
