Small Taxing Unit Notice
The City of Penitas will hold a meeting at 06:00 PM on September 20, 2011 at Penitas Public Library, 1111 S. Main St, Penitas, TX 78576 to consider adopting a proposed tax rate for tax year 2011. The proposed tax rate is 0.3625 per $100 of value.
The proposed tax rate would increase total taxes in City of Penitas by 7.98%.
