PUBLIC NOTICE
The Mission City Council will hold a Public Hearing on September 26, 2011 at 4:30 p.m. at the City Hall’s Council Chambers, 1201 E. 8th Street, Mission, Texas, in order to consider the proposed abandonment of the following public right-of-ways recorded as follows:
A 35’ x 430’ portion of La Lomita Drive lying between Delmar Drive on the north, Expressway 83 to the south, and the Railroad to the west, being a 0.35 acre tract of land out of Lot 17-7, West Addition to Sharyland Subdivision.
Anyone interested is invited to attend and provide their input on the above subject matter(s).
