AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A SECTION OF UNPAVED STREET DESCRIBED AS a .26 ACRE TRACT, 60.00’ OF THE N81 22’37”W AND 189.50’ OF THE S 0837’30” W, AND MORE ACCURATELY DEPICTED IN EXHIBIT “A” WHICH IS ATTACHED AND INCORPORATED FOR ALL PURPOSES; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A DEED CONVEYING SAID REAL PROPERTY TO FE-MA ENTERPRISES, INC.; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND SEVERABILITY CLAUSE, WAIVING SECOND AND THIRD READING.
