To: CECILIO MARTINEZ AND THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, IF ANY, OF CECILIO MARTINEZ AND ALL PERSONS CLAIMING ANY TITLE OR INTEREST IN LAND UNDER DEED FROM LEOPOLDO PALACIOS AND REFUGIA PALACIOS TO CECILIO MARTINEZ, AS GRANTEE.

NOTICE: “You have been sued. You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney do not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 a.m. on the Monday next following the expiration of 42 days after you were served this citation and petition, a default judgment may be taken against you.”

A petition has been filed by ALICIA MUNIZ, as Plaintiff, seeking to set aside a deed made in 1948 from LEOPOLDO PALACIOS AND REFUGIA PALACIOS, parents of the Plaintiff, to CECILIO MARTINEZ, as Grantee, of Lot 8, Block 2, Colonia Guadalupe, an addition to the City of McAllen, Hidalgo County, Texas, recorded under Clerk’s File 14453 in the office of the County Clerk of Hidalgo County, Texas. The law suit which is styled “ALICIA MUNIZ vs. CECILIO MARTINEZ, et al,” Number C-3077-10-G, was filed October 1, 2010, 2010 in the 370th District court of Hidalgo County, Texas, and seeks to declare the Plaintiff as the owner of the said lot property free and clear of any interest of the Defendants.

Said petition was filed in said Court by Hon. Darrell Davis, of the law firm of King, Guerra and Davis, 301 E. Tom Landry, Mission, Texas 78572, to whom a copy of your answer must be mailed or delivered.
