A petition has been filed by ALICIA MUNIZ, as Plaintiff, seeking to set aside a deed made in 1948 from LEOPOLDO PALACIOS AND REFUGIA PALACIOS, parents of the Plaintiff, to CECILIO MARTINEZ, as Grantee, of Lot 8, Block 2, Colonia Guadalupe, an addition to the City of McAllen, Hidalgo County, Texas, recorded under Clerk’s File 14453 in the office of the County Clerk of Hidalgo County, Texas. The law suit which is styled “ALICIA MUNIZ vs. CECILIO MARTINEZ, et al,” Number C-3077-10-G, was filed October 1, 2010, 2010 in the 370th District court of Hidalgo County, Texas, and seeks to declare the Plaintiff as the owner of the said lot property free and clear of any interest of the Defendants.
Said petition was filed in said Court by Hon. Darrell Davis, of the law firm of King, Guerra and Davis, 301 E. Tom Landry, Mission, Texas 78572, to whom a copy of your answer must be mailed or delivered.
