AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MISSION, TEXAS AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 780 DESIGNATING PLACES WHERE BEER AND OTHER ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MAY BE SOLD WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIITS OF THE CITY OF MISSION TO INCLUDE THE PREMISES LOCATED AT 1710 WEST BUSINESS HIGHWAY 83.
WHEREAS, City Ordinance No. 780, passed and approved by the City Council of the City of Mission on October 7, 1974 designates certain places where beer and other alcoholic beverages may be sold within the corporate limits of the city; and
WHEREAS, a request has been submitted for the designation of a “wet area,” for the property located at:
1710 West Business Highway 83
Executive Drive Thru
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MISSION, TEXAS, THAT:
1. The Property located at 1710 West Business Highway 83, Executive Drive Thru is designated as “wet area”
2. Said property located at 1710 West Business Highway 83, Executive Drive Thru shall be included in the designated areas where alcoholic beverages may be sold within the city.
