NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING TO DISCUSS LA JOYA INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT’S TO EXERCISE THE POWER OF EMINENT DOMAIN
LA JOYA INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT will hold a public hearing at 6:00 P.M., December 7, 2011 in the Central Administration - Board Room, 201 East Expressway 83, La Joya, Texas.
The purpose of this hearing is to discuss and receive feed back on La Joya Independent School District’s to exercise the power of eminent domain, acquire the fee simple title to real property on which to construct school buildings or for any other public use necessary for the district.
