AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIS-SION, TEXAS GRANTING A CONDI-TIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A SECOND RESIDENCE TO MAXIMIZE HEALTH CARE & GENERAL ASSISTANCE TO ELDERLY PARENTS, 515 N. GLASSCOCK ROAD, 1.18 AC. TRACT OUT OF LOT 192, JOHN H. SHARY SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mission finds that during consideration of the Conditional Use Permit request of November 17, 2010, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Mission upon duly recognized motion and second, voted to recommend to the City Council that the Conditional Use Permit shown below be granted.
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Mission, held a public hearing at 4:30 p.m. Monday, December 20, 2010, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall to consider the following Conditional Use Permit:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MISSION, TEXAS, THAT THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT BE GRANTED:
Legal Description – 515 N. Glasscock Rd.1.18 ac. tract out of Lot 192, John H. Shary Subdivision
Type - Second Residence to Maximize Health Care & General Assistance to Elderly Parents
Conditions of Approval -3 year re-evaluation to assess the need for health care - Not to be used as a rental Structure - Once the need is no longer evident, the 16’x60’structure is to be removed within 60 calendar days
