PUBLIC NOTICE
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a regular meeting on December 14, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. at the City Hall Council Chambers, 1201 East 8th Street, Mission, Texas, in order to consider the following:
Rezoning: 2.47 acres out of Lot 165, John H. Shary Subdivision from (C-3) General Business to (R-3) Multi-Family Residential.
If a zoning is amended during hte public hearing, it shall be pursuant to the City of Mission’s Amendatory Zone Policy Statement. Anyone interested is invited to attend.
