The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a regular meeting on January 11, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. at the City Hall Council Chambers, 1201 East 8th Street, Mission, Texas, in order to consider the following:
Re-Designation of Land Uses: Cimarron Country Club PUD (Various Tracts) Tract II: A 0.269 acre tract of land being an open tract adjacent to Lots 1-4, Block 21, out of a Re-subdivision plat of Cimarron Country Club, Phase I, Section IV, from Non-Designated Area to PUD (Townhome); Tract III: A 0.030 acre tract of land being an open tract adjacent to Shary Road, Sabine Court and Rio Grande Drive, out of Block 21, Re-subdivision plat of Cimarron Country Club, Phase I, Section IV, from Non-Designated Area to PUD (Townhome); Rezoning: Lot 7, Stewart Place Subdivision Phase II from (R-2) Duplex-Fourplex Residential to (R-3) Multi-Family Residential; Rezoning: 2.47 acres out of Lot 165, John H. Shary Subdivision from (C-3) General Commercial to (R-3) Multi-Family Residential; and Rezoning: A 0.51 acre tract of land being out of a 39.81 acre tract out of Lot 205, John H. Shary Subdivision from (AO-I) Agricultural Open Interim to (C-3) General Business.
If a zoning is amended during the public hearing, it shall be pursuant to the City of Mission’s Amendatory Zone Policy Statement. Anyone interested is invited to attend.
