ORDINANCE 2011-11
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF LOTS 1, 2, 3, ALTON NORTHWEST AMENDED SUBDIVI-SION, ALTON, HIDALGO COUNTY, TEXAS AND AS MORE ACCUR-ATELY DESCRIBED AND DEPICTED IN EXHIBIT “A” WHICH IS ATTACHED AND INCORPORATED FOR ALL PRACTICAL PURPOSES; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A DEED CONVEYING SAID REAL PROPERTY TO FE-MA ENTERPRISES, INC.; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
