The petition of MARIA DE LOS ANGELES GARCIA, Petitioner, was filed in the COUNTRY COURT AT LAW #7 Court of Hidalgo County, Texas, on the 4TH day of OCTOBER, 2011, against MARCO ANTONIO OVALLE, Respondent, case numbered F-2739-11-7, and entitled “In the Matter of the Marriage of MARIA DE LOS ANGELES GARCIA AND MARCO ANTONIO OVALLE, AND IN THE INTEREST OF ANGEL OVALLE, A CHILD. The suit requests that the Court grant a divorce and such other relief requested in the Petition.
