You HAVE BEEN SUED. You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney do not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 o’clock A.M. on the Monday next following the expiration of twenty (20) days after you were served this citation and petition, a default judgment may be taken against you.

The petition of clarita guadalupe molina, Petitioner, was filed in the 332ND Judicial District Court of Hidalgo County, Texas, on the 6TH day of JUNE, 2011, against diego a. molina, Respondent, case numbered F-1636-11-F, and entitled “In the Matter of the Marriage of clarita guadalupe molina and diego a. molina. The suit requests that the Court grant a divorce and such other relief requested in the Petition.

The Court has authority in this suit to enter any judgment or decree dissolving the marriage and providing for the division of property that will be binding on you.

If the citation is not served within the ninety days after the date of its issuance, it shall be returned unserved.

The officer executing this writ shall promptly serve the same according to requirements of law, and the mandates hereof, and make due return as law directs.
