ORDINANCE NO. 3618
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MISSION, TEXAS GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO HAVE A CARNIVAL AND FUN FAIR AT 12.4 ACRES OUT OF LOT 25-6, WEST ADDITION TO SHARYLAND SUBDIVISION, AO-I, JANUARY 16, 2011 THROUGH JANUARY 30, 2011.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mission finds that during consideration of the Conditional Use Permit request of January 5, 2011 the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Mission upon duly recognized motion and second, voted to recommend to the City Council that the Conditional Use Permit shown below be granted.
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Mission, held a public hearing at 4:30 p.m. Monday, January 10, 2011, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall to consider the following Conditional Use Permit:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MISSION, TEXAS, THAT THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT BE GRANTED:
Legal Description 12.4 Acres out of Lot 25-6, West addition to Sharyland Subdivision
Type Carnival & Fun Fair January 16, 2011 through January 30, 2011
Conditions of Approval
- Installation of a perimeter fence/debris stop
- Installation of “No Parking” signs along Conway and Griffin Parkway
- Waive the separation requirement
- Meet noise, insurance and any other related code
