COUNTY OF HIDALGO §
TO THE QUALIFIED VOTERS OF HIDALGO COUNTY IRRIGATION DISTRICT NO.6: TAKE NOTICE that an election wiIl be held on the 12th day of May, 2012 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of electing three (3) directors to the membership on the Board of Directors of such District to fill those places of those Directors now serving terms whose terms of office will then expire. The polling place of this election and place for early voting will be located at 3735 N. F.M. 492, Mission, Texas 78573, and will be conducted by the following election officers: Cecily Dyer, Presiding Judge; Sherry Burnet, Assistant Judge; and election clerks appointed by the Presiding Judge. That voter qualification and eligibility to vote shall be determined in accordance with Texas Water Code,
§§58.221-58.226, Texas Civil Statutes, which among other things, requires land owned by more than one individual and business entity landowners to designate
a representative to vote in this election on a form, prescribed by the District, which must be filed at the District's office, 3735 N. F.M. 492, Mission, Texas 78573 or
P.O. Box 786, Mission, Texas 78573 on or before close of business April 23, 2012 .

A LOS VOTANTES CALIFICADOS DEL HIDALGO COUNTY IRRIGATION DISTRICT NO. 6 Se Ies informna que habrá elección el día 12 de mayo del
2012 entre las 7:00 a.m. y 7:00 p.m., con el propósito de elegir tres (3) directores para que formen parte de la Junta Directiva de ese Distrito con el fin de ocupar los puestos de los directivos que se encuentran en servicio y cuyos términos
están por concluir. El conteo de votos de esta elección y el lugar para la votación temprana estará ubicado al 3735 N. F.M. 492, Mission, Texas 78573, y será conducida por los siguientes oficiales: Cecily Dyer, Juez Presidente; Sherry Burnet, Juez Asistente; empleados de elecciónes asignados por el Juez Presidente. La calificación y elegibilidad como votante para votar será determinada de acuerdo al Código de Agua de Texas (Texas Water Code) §§58.221-58.226, Los Estatutos Civiles de Texas (Texas Civil Statutes), que entre otras cosas, requieren que si hay tierras que son propiedad de más de un individuo o tierras que Ie pertenecen a entidades comerciales se designe a un representante para que vote en esta elección indicándolo en la boleta formulada por el Distrito, la cual debe ser presentada en la oficina del Distrito al 3735 N. F.M.
492, Mission, Texas 78573 o enviándola al P.O. Box 786, Mission, Texas 78573 el o antes del horario de cierre de oficinas del dia 23 de abril de 2012.
