HIDALGO COUNTY       ) (             DATED Feb. 01, 2011

and issued pursuant to judgment decrees entered in the District Courts of Hidalgo County, Texas, by the Clerk of said Court on said date, in the hereinafter numbered and styled suits and to me directed and delivered as Sheriff of said County, I have on Feb. 1, 2011, seized, levied upon, and will, on the first Tuesday in March, 2011, the same being the 1st day of said month, at the East Door of the Courthouse steps of said County, in the City of Edinburg, Texas, between the hours of 10 o’clock a.m. and 4 o’clock p.m. on said day, beginning at 10:30 A.M., proceed to sell for cash to the highest bidder all the right, title, and interest of the Defendant(s) in such suits in and to the following described real estate levied upon as the property of said Defendant(s), the same lying and being situated in the County of Hidalgo and the State of Texas, to-wit:

All of Lot 9, Block 2, Tolle Subdivision Unit No. 2, Mission, Hidalgo County, Texas, a re-subdivision of 11.52 acres out of Lot 22-1, and 0.67 acres out of Lot 23-1, West Addition to Sharyland, Hidalgo County, Texas more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Northeast corner of Lot 22-1, same being also the Southeast corner of Lot 23-1; THENCE, North 81 degrees 21’ West 30.0 feet to a point for the PLACE OF BEGINNING and the Southeast corner hereof; THENCE, North 81 degrees 21’ West and parallel to the South line of Lot 23-1, 140.0 feet to a point for the Southwest corner hereof; THENCE, North 8 degrees 39’ West and parallel to the East line of Lot 23-1, a distance of 75.0 feet to a point for the Northwest corner hereof. ***The sale of each of the referenced properties is subject to any liens and additional ad valorem taxes assessed and accruing on said property after the date of the judgment. These liens and ad valorem taxes assessed and accruing on said property after the date of the judgment shall be assessed to the new owner, and are not part of the tax sale price.

Upon the written request of said defendants or their attorney, a sufficient portion of the property described above should be sold thereof to satisfy said judgment(s), interest, penalties, and cost; any property sold should be subject to the right of redemption of the Defendants or any person having an interest therein, to redeem the said property, or their interest therein, within the time and in the manner provided by law, and shall be subject to any other and further rights to which the defendants or anyone interest therein may be entitled, under the provisions of law. Said sale to be made by me to satisfy the judgments rendered in the above-styled and numbered causes, together with interest, penalties, and costs of suit, and the proceeds of said sales to be applied to the satisfaction thereof, and the remainder, in any, to be applied as the law directs.
