The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a regular meeting on June 13, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. at the City Hall Council Chambers, 1201 East 8th Street, Mission, Texas in order to consider the following:
Rezoning: A 1.50 acre tract out of Lot 108, Sharyland Orchards Subdivision, from (R-1A) Large Lot Single Family Residential to (C-3) General Business. Rezoning: 10.755 acre tract of land out of Lots 292 & 302, John H. Shary Subdivision from (AO-I) Agricultural Open Interim to (R-1A) Large Lot Single Family Residential.
If a zoning is amended during the public hearing, it shall be pursuant to the City of Mission’s Amendatory Zone Policy Statement. Anyone interested is invited to attend.
