The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a regular meeting on July 11, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. at the City Hall Council Chambers, 1201 East 8th Street, Mission, Texas in order to consider the following:
Rezoning: A 1.00 acre tract out of land, more or less, out of Lot 205, John H. Shary Subdivision, from (AO-I) Argicultural Open Interim to (C-3) General Business.
If a zoning is amended during the public hearing, it shall be pursuant to the City of Mission’s Amendatory Zone Policy Statement. Anyone interested is invited to attend.
