AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MISSION, TEXAS, TO ESTABLISH REGULATIONS TO HAVE THE OWNER OR KEEPER OF AN ANIMAL/PET TO RESPONSIBLY DISPOSE OF THE ANIMAL’S/PET’S WASTE FROM ANY PUBLIC OR CITY OWNED PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF MISSION, TEXAS; PROVIDING FOR ENFORCEMENT OF SAID REGULATIONS; PROVIDING FOR VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES; PROVIDING A SEVERABILTY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
