The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a special meeting on November 19, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. at the City Hall Council Chambers, 1201 East 8th Street, Mission, Texas in order to consider the following:

Shary Subdivision, from (AO-I) Agricultural Open Interim to (R-3) Multi-Family Residential; Rezoning: A 5.85 acre tract of land out of Lot 166, John H. Shary Subdivision, from (AO-I) Agricultural Open Interim to (C-3) General Business; Rezoning: A 1.86 acre tract of land out of Lot 124, John H. Shary Subdivision, from (PUD) Planned Unit Development to (C-3) General Business; Rezoning: A 1.0 acre tract of land, more or less, out of the South 5 acres of the North 10 acres of the South 20 acres of Lot 294, John H.
