Amendment to Ordinance 79-11, as amended
AN ORDINANCE DEFINING CERTAIN TERM: CALLING FOR THE ABATEMENT OF HEALTH, SAFETY AND SANITATION HAZARDS; PROVIDING FOR THE ENFORCEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR THE RECOVERY OF EXPENSES; WAIVING SECOND AND THIRD READING AND PROVIDING A SEVERANCE CLAUSE.
