The Mission City Council will hold a regular meeting on December 17, 2012 at 4:30 p.m. at the City Hall Council Chambers, 1201 East 8th Street, Mission, Texas in order to consider the following:
Rezoning: A 8.63 acre tract of land out of Lot 166, John H. Shary Subdivision, from (AO-I) Agricultural Open Interim to (R-3) Multi-Family Residential; Rezoning: A 5.85 acre tract of land out of Lot 166, John H. Shary Subdivision, from (AO-I) Agricultural Open Interim to (C-3) General Business; Rezoning: A 1.86 acre tract of land out of Lot 124, John H. Shary Subdivision, from (PUD) Planned Unit Development to (C-3) General Business; Rezoning: Lots 11 & 12, Block A, Wright Addition, from (R-2) Duplex-Fourplex Residential to (R-3) Multi-Family Residential; Rezoning: Lot 1, Mission Secondary School Subdivision, from (R-1) Single Family Residential to (P) Public Zone; and Rezoning: The West 1/2 of Lot 55, Sharyland Orchards Subdivision, from (R-3) Multi-Family Residential to (C-3) General Business
Discussion and Action to Amend Future Land Use Map within the boundaries of Taylor to the East, Stewart to the West, Griffin Parkway to the North, Expressway 83 to the South
If a zoning is amended during the public hearing, it shall be pursuant to the City of Mission’s Amendatory Zone Policy Statement. Anyone interested is invited to attend.
