AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE 3100 BLOCK OF SIERRA COURT BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7:00 AM TO 12:00 PM WHEN MISSION CONSOLIDATED INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT HAS SCHOOL IN SESSION; PROVIDING FOR INSTALLATION OF SAID TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES BEING NO PARKING SIGNS AND MAKING PROVISIONS OF THE STATE TRANSPORTATION CODE AND TRAFFIC ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF MISSION IN REGARD TO PENALTY FOR VIOLATION APPLICABLE THERETO.
