AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND ADOPTING VARIOUS STANDARD CODES RELATING TO INSPECTION OF CONSTRUCTION WITHIN THE CITY OF ALTON, HIDALGO COUNTY, TEXAS; AND PROVIDING FOR ENFORCEMENT OF BUILDING PROVISIONS PROVIDED IN SAID CODES; ADOPTING VARIOUS STANDARD FEES RELATING TO INSPECTIONS, ZONING, PLAN REVIEW, AND ADMINISTRATIVE OVERSIGHT WITHIN THE CITY OF ALTON, HIDALGO COUNTY, TEXAS; WAIVING SECOND AND THIRD READING AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
