REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSALS

Sharyland Independent School District is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposal No. 1011-10R Sharyland ISD Support Services Facility Parking Lot Improvements located in Mission, Texas at 1243 US Business Highway 83, Mission, TX 78572. The School District has selected M Garcia Engineering, LLC - 400 Nolana, Ste. D, McAllen, Texas 78504, [Phone (256) 687-9421 - Fax (956) 687-3211] to advertise, commencing on Friday, the 25th day of March, 2011. All prospective bidders will be required to deposit a certified or cashier’s check payable to the M Garcia Engineering, LLC in the amount of $150.00, as a guarantee of the safe return of the construction documents made part of the request for proposals. The sum will be refunded if the return of the complete set of construction documents is within ten (10) days after the deadline or submission of proposals.

All competitive proposals must be submitted to the Sharyland Independent School District, ATTN: Assistant Superintendent for Business and Finances, Jesse Muniz, 1106 N. Shary Rd., Mission, Texas 78572 no later than 4:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, April 07, 2011.
