PUBLIC NOTICE
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a regular meeting on April 13, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. at the City Hall Council Chambers, 1201 East 8th Street, Mission, Texas in order to consider the following:
Rezoning: A tract of land out of the North 206.28’ of Lot 31, Sharyland Orchards Subdivision (aka 2116 Pleasant Lane), from (R-4) Mobile & Modular Home to (R-1A) Large Lot Single Family..
If a zoning is amended during the public hearing, it shall be pursuant to the City of Mission’s Amendatory Zone Policy Statement. Anyone interested is invited to attend. Anna Carrillo, City Secretary
