ORDINANCE NO. 3637
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MISSION, TEXAS, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR THE SALE & ON-SITE CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND A DRIVE-THRU SERVICE WINDOW - MARISCOS EL 7 MARES, 2301 E. GRIFFIN PARKWAY, SUITE “D”, LOTS 10-12, BIG ORANGE SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mission finds that during consideration of the Conditional Use Permit request of March 23, 2011, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Mission upon duly recognized motion and second, voted to recommend to the City Council that the Conditional Use Permit shown below be granted.
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Mission, held a public hearing at 4:30 p.m. Monday, April 11, 2011, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall to consider the following Conditional Use Permit.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MISSION, TEXAS, THAT THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT BE GRANTED:

2301 E. Griffin Parkway, Sale & On-Site Consumption - Acquisition of a Business
Suite “D” Alcoholic Beverage and a License
Lots 10-12, Big Orange Drive-Thru Service Window- - Wet Zone the property
Subdivision Mariscos El 7 Mares (if needed)
- 1 year re-evaluation to
assess this new operation
