The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a regular meeting on July 13, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. at the City Hall Council Chambers, 1201 East 8th Street, Mission, Texas in order to consider the following:
Rezoning: 0.29 acre tract of land out of Lot 19-3, West Addition to Sharyland from (AO-I) Agricultural Open Interim to (R-1) Single Family Residential; Rezoning: The West 125’ of Lot 85, Mission Acres Addition from (C-2) Neighborhood Commercial to (R-1) Single Family Residential; and Rezoning: A 2.41 acre tract of land, more or less, consisting of the West 236.67’ of Lot 1, Falcon Bank-Sharyland Subdivision from (C-4) Heavy Commercial to (R-3) Multi-Family Residential.

The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. at the City Hall’s Council Chambers, 1201 East 8th Street, Mission, Texas in order to consider the following tract recorded as public right of way proposed to be abandoned:
A tract of land being an irregular shaped portion of existing road right of way out of Schuerbach Road and a 40 foot dedicated road lying immediately south of and adjacent to Border Pacific Railroad Company right of way and also lying north and west of Lot 1, Mrs. E.V. Flores Subdivision; said tract being a 0.175 acre of land
