Library Director
The City of Peñitas is accepting applications for Library Director. Applicants should have a valid State of Texas Driver’s License, completion of 30 semester credit hours at an accredited college or university; or graduation from high school, or passing the General Education Development test (GED), and 1,000 hours of paid or voluntary work experience in a library in the past five years; or an equivalent combination of semester credits, hours and experience. Operating 40 hours a week. Salary is $23,649 D.O.E. The Library Director duties will be as follows:

Administrative/Clerical
Public Relations
Programming
Paging
Outreach
Collection Development
Technology Systems Administration
Reference
Circulation
