Considering graduate school? Don’t miss one of two information sessions offered Friday June 22 by the University of Texas-Pan American.
Hosted by UTPA’s Office of Graduate Studies, the two-hour sessions will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at the McAllen Teaching Site located at 1800 S. Main St., Suite 1100 (near La Plaza Mall) in McAllen. The sessions are free and open to the public.
“The University offers 56 master’s degrees, three doctoral degrees and two cooperative doctoral programs. These sessions are a perfect opportunity for anyone seeking to further their education or advancing their careers,” said Stephanie Ozuna, UTPA graduate recruiter.
During the sessions, prospective students will be able to:
- Learn about admission requirements
- Speak directly with current graduate students
- Obtain financial aid and scholarship information
- Receive tips on how to choose the best program that fits their needs
- Start their application
Light refreshments will be provided and attendees will have a chance to win a Kindle Fire or other door prizes.
