OBIT: Juan Manuel Veliz

MISSION – Juan Manuel Veliz, 35, passed away Thursday, Feb. 9, 2012 at his Mission residence.  He was a member of Jesus Christ is the Rock Church in Mission.

He is survived by his wife, María Veliz; children, Estefaní Veliz, Juan Manuel Veliz Jr., Jennifer Veliz, JaimeVeliz and Emmanuel Veliz; father, José Mario Veliz; mother, San Juanita De La Rosa; siblings, Araceli Veliz, Lizette Veliz, Joe De La Rosa, Raquel Veliz, Rebecca Veliz, Mario Alberto Veliz; grandfather, Domingo Veliz; and grandmother,Dora Torres Veliz.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 13, at Rivera Funeral Home Chapel of Peace in Mission. Burial follows at Gardens of Angels Cemetery in Mission.
