SHARYLAND – Vina Oats, 86, passed away on September 5, 2011, at her residence in Sharyland.
Mrs. Oats is survived by her husband of 64 years, Scott Oats of Sharyland; daughters, Robbie Ault of Sharyland and Peggy Tomlinson of Sharyland; grandchildren, Alexis Ault of Austin, Tommy (Natalie) Tomlinson of Victoria, and Brad (Heather) Tomlinson of Sharyland; and great-grandchildren Brooke, Ashley, Hailey, Lilly, and Reagan.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Jennie Thomas; son-in-law, Steve Tomlinson; and brothers, Clinton Thomas and Denton Thomas.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday, Sept. 7, at 2 p.m. at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Rev. Dale Lusk officiating.
