MISSION - Tomas Villarreal, 83, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 26, 2011.
Mr. Villarreal was a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather, and brother to all his family. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Felicitas Villarreal; parents, Maria and Juan Villarreal; brothers, Fidel and Jose Villarreal; and sisters, Concepcion Diaz and Rosa Lopez.
He is survived by his sons, Juan (Maricelda), Tomas Jr., Noe, and Javier Villarreal; grandchildren, Yolanda Dunham (Chaz), Omar (Olivia), Noe T., Olivia Benavidez (Santiago), Brandon (Candelaria), Noe J. (Nicole), Kayla, Felicia Villarreal; great-grandchildren, William, Stephanie, Omar, Aaliyah, Violet, Noe N. Dylan, and Adam; siblings, Delfina Acevedo, Apolinar Villarreal, Lucia Lopez, Hortencia Abrego, Jesus Villarreal, Esperanza Munoz, Juan Villarreal, and Feliz Villarreal.
Visitation will be held Friday, Oct. 28, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. with a rosary at 7 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Oct. 29, at 10 a.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Chapel in Mission. Interment will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Mission.
