MISSION - Guadalupe Villarreal, 76, entered into eternal rest on Friday, Nov. 25, 2011 at Compassionate Care Hospice in McAllen. Mr. Villarreal was born in Camargo, Tamaulipas, Mexico on June 14, 1935 and was a master plumber.
He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Jose Villarreal and Petra Ramos.
He is survived by his wife, Raquel Villarreal; daughters, Nancy Villarreal (Ray Garza Jr.) and Elizabeth Villarreal (Gabriel Perales); brothers, Victor Villarreal, Juan Villarreal, and Joel Villarreal; sister, Nohemi Garcia; and five grandchildren.
A funeral mass will be held Monday, Nov. 28, at 2 p.m. at St. John of the Fields Catholic Church in Mission with a burial following at Garden of Angels Cemetery in Abram.
