Arthur Weber, 60, passed away Thursday, May 3, 2012. He was born in McAllen on October 2, 1951.
Mr. Weber graduated from Mission High School in 1970. He attended one year at the University of Houston before a motorcycle accident in 1971 where he suffered permanent brain damage. He lived at home with his parents, Cyril and Bernadette Weber, in Alton until 1998 and later in nursing homes. He attended San Martin de Porres Catholic Church and was a member of the Knights of Columbus.
Survivors include his brother, Jerome Weber, and sisters, Janice Green and Judi Prukop.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Donald Weber.
The funeral mass will be held at San Martin De Porres Catholic Church in Alton on Monday, May 14, at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Robert Green, Wallace Prukop, Wallace Prukop II, C.W. Prukop III, Dennis Dahlquist, and Mike Warshak.
