OBIT: George R. Miller

McCOOK - George R. Miller, 63, passed away Sunday, June 3, 2012 at the Doctor's Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg.

Mr. Miller worked for Brown and Root of Houston for many years. His last job was with BP as a client representative.

He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Gladys Miller of McCook; daughter, Jodi Ashley of Mississippi; stepdaughters, Eunice Beamsley and Valerie Helle; sister, Juliana Miller of Houston; and three grandchildren and seven step-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Julie Miller.

The funeral mass was held June 6 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in McCook. Interment followed at Immaculate Conception Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Ted Respondek, Joe Sekula, Eugene Pilarczyk, Jon Patterson, Tony Mercuio and Ray Austin.
