ALTON - Juan Gustavo Espinosa, 74, passed away at his residence June 28, 2012.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Elva M. Espinosa; his daughters, Alda Yvette Espinosa of Alton, Marissa (Marco) Castor of Alamo, Mirta C. Espinosa of Mission; sons, Gerardo G. Espinosa (Becky) of Corpus Christi and Ruben D. Espinosa of Alton; grandchildren, Vanessa J. Garza, Oscar D. Garza, Katherine C. Sanchez, Eunice I. Castor and Mikael A. Castor; siblings, Heriberto (Consuelo) Espinosa of Houston, Jose A. (Anita) Espinosa of Pharr, Maria Concepcion (Frank) Sandoval of Anthony, NM, Arturo (Martha) Espinosa of Spring, Alfredo (Rosa) Espinosa of Edinburg, Rene (Diana) Espinosa of Pueblo, CO, and Mario A. (Rosa) Espinosa of McAllen; and by numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Santos and Catalina Espinosa; and by his aunt Elisa "Nana" De la Cruz.
Visitation was held July 1 at Ric Brown Family Funeral Home. Funeral mass will be held July 2 at 9 a.m. at San Martin de Porres Catholic Church in Alton. Interment will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens.
