MISSION - Idolina G. Garcia, 87, passed away Saturday, July 21, 2012, in Pharr.
She is survived by her five children, Leonardo Garcia Jr., Rafaela Gonzalez, Daniel Garcia, Arturo Garcia, and Naomi Banduch, as well as 12 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Leonardo Garcia Sr.; sisters, Olivia Diaz and Lucia Gonzalez; and brothers, Feliciano, Manuel and Oresimo Gonzalez.
A funeral service was held July 24 at Funeraria Del Angel in Mission. Interment followed at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers were her sons, Leonardo Garcia Jr. and Arturo Garcia, and her grandsons, Paul L. Gonzalez, Anthony Garcia, Thomas Sanchez, Randy Gonzalez, Rolando Garcia and Adrian Garcia.
