MISSION - Edward A. Stallman of Mission passed away.
Mr. Stallman was born in Beardsley, Minn. in 1920 and served his country as a Marine in WWII.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Barbara; children, Nancy Krueger of Perham, Minn., Sr. Barbara Stallman of Sylvania, Ohio, Joan Piersa of Eagan, Minn., Edward Stallman of San Diego, Calif., Richard Stallman of Plymouth, Minn., David Stallman of San Diego, Karen Sanders of Faribault, Minn., Donna Larson of McAllen, Thomas Stallman of Shadow Hills, Calif. and Mary Millmann of Lodi, Wis.; and 22 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
The funeral mass will be held at St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Mission on Friday, July 27, at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at the Rio Grande Valley State Veterans Cemetery in Mission.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the woundedwarriorproject.org.
