MISSION - Robert Flint, 84, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2012 at Doctor's Hospital in Edinburg.
Mr. Flint was born in Whitney Point, New York on Dec. 23, 1927 and married June Knapp on July 22, 1949 in Marathon, NY. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War, was a Boy Scout leader for 10 years and served as president of Wagon City South.
He is survived by his son, Stephen; daughter, Tracey Flint-Mansy; and grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife.
In lieu of flowers, the family asked that donations be made to the American Heart Association. A memorial service will be held Friday, Aug. 31, at 11 a.m. at the Wagon City South community center.
