MISSION - Jimmy E. Thatcher, 68, passed away Sept. 4, 2012 at his home in Mission.
He is survived by Oralia Elizondo; children, Darla, James and Katherine Thatcher; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; mother, Oma Lee Espinoza; eight siblings; and seven grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 7, at Kreidler Funeral Home, with a rosary at 7 p.m. A funeral service will be held 9 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 8 at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in McAllen.
