OBIT-Eugenio Perez

MISSION - Eugenio Perez, 68, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 13, 2012, at his residence in Mission.

Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Maria Criselda Perez; sons, Eugenio Perez Jr., Joel Perez and Rene Perez; daughters, Lisa Perez, Yolanda Hidrogo, Sandra Perez, Jackie Perez and Amanda Salinas; siblings, Leonel Perez, Jose Luis Perez, Ricardo Perez, Rosalinda Canchola and Felicia Arteaga; and 20 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Sylvestre and Rosa Perez, and siblings, Juan Perez, Sylvestre Perez, Israel Perez and Oralia Mendoza.

Visitation will be held Monday, Oct. 15, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. with a rosary at 7 p.m. at Ric Brown Family Funeral Home of Mission. The funeral mass will be held Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2012, at 3 p.m. at St. John of the Fields Catholic Church in Mission. Interment will follow at Granjeno Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Rolando Escamilla, Justin Perez, Jonathan Perez, Eugenio Perez III, Nick Perez and Ricardo Perez.
